Return and Refund Policy

 

 RETURNS:

Once a product is sold, it cannot be taken back. If in case any manufacturing defect comes within 7 days of purchase, you will get the replacement of the damaged part after we get approval from manufacturer for the same. 

Important Note: At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed and acknowledge the same to the delivery person. In case the box looks damaged or tampered with, please do not take the delivery of the product. Call or email our sales support immediately.

 

REFUNDS:

• Processing Time:
  Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

• Shipping Costs:
  Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
